Seriously love this place, owners Ted and Liz Mitchell and their rocking crew have been bringing the cheer to the beer here in Baja Sur for us all this past year. Launching a new group here in Baja Sur, Healthy Apple. I came to Baja to recover from a debilitating auto immune disease and am very keen on focusing on being healthy and living a good life, as are we all =) This group is forming around the Wellbeing Wheel, we will have meetings, classes, and events, locally and online, touching on subjects to help us learn and cultivate habits to keep us in total wellness.
