Learn the benefits of making your own local plant medicine with Omar Piña at The Balm of Pescadero. In Level 1 you will be using local plants that you will collect to learn how to make your own tinctures, microdoses, gels and balms for use at home. As well as the benefits of numerous traditional mexican medicinal plants. Level 2 will be a walk through La Sierra de La Laguna at Rancho San Dionisio with Omar and a local plant guide to have a closer look at the local medicinal plants in the wild, collect specimens and make tinctures in bulk for all students. We will enjoy a medicinal plant meditation with Omar in nature and lunch at back at the ranch.
