Join the Healthy Apple Club for our first meet up of the new Season on Wed Nov 14th.  Abigail Amezquita of Corazón de Te  will be talking to us about different varieties of tea and their health benefits with a special spotlight on local Baja Sur natural herbs and flowers with an emphasis on “the medicinal power of plants that we have access to by living in México and going back to our mother earth as our main source of health as we did back in the day” .

The meeting will be hosted by the lovely Patricia Echenique de Shipman. We will be meeting at the rooftop terrace of Casa Oasis in the La Poza neighborhood with spectacular ocean views. 4pm to 5:30pm 50-100p per person suggested donation to cover cleaning and hospitality, the tasting is gratis, teas will be available for purchase.
